More new and exciting functionality will be added to the site over the coming weeks
but here are a few recommendations to ensure that you get the most out of the site:
We recommend that you login at the beginning as this will ensure that you receive
any relevant concessions or access to the correct products or events, Members and
Season ticket holders can locate their customer number on their card, non-members
can locate this on their tickets or receipts.
If you frequently buy tickets for more than one person you can activate, create
or add other accounts to your
Friends and Family
list, this will simplify your booking process, you’ll notice that we ask for the
date of birth on each account this allows the system to automatically match each
individual to the correct concession and ensure that you never pay more than you
should. Some concessions that aren’t generally age related (Full-time Students,
Supporters with a disability, etc) need to be validated and activated by a member
of our sales team before you can access relevant discounts online, please email
ticketoffice@sheffieldwednesday.co.uk with your contact details
or customer number to activate your account.
From time to time we’d like to keep you updated with new offers at the Club or
other events at Hillsborough, we can keep you updated by email, SMS, traditional
post or occasionally the odd phone call, we want to ensure that you stay in control
of what you receive so you can update your preferences at any time in the
Media Preferences section on the
My Account
page, you can also update your own address, password or view your recent transaction
history under the
My Account page. Further information
